Mastering the art of Result based skincare formulation

As a skincare formulator (someone who creates skincare products), it is very important to focus on the outcome of the product. As a business owner, you always want your customers to come back for regular purchases. There is no one-size-fits-all formula or oil that is going to work for everyone to get rid of acne.

The structure of the product is often the key. In our course, we cover the blueprint of formulations, and our students have started to formulate products that truly work, resulting in a significant increase in their sales. It’s important to note that the outer appearance of your product contributes only 1% to its success, while the remaining 99% is about results.

Brands like The Ordinary, LinkyList, and Pink Elephant have achieved success because they focus on delivering results. Recently, I came across a school claiming that actives are dead, and that alone is a red flag about the school. By no means am I saying that actives are the only way, but they are far from being obsolete. Actives have been used for multiple years, and I highly doubt they will ever become obsolete.

Returning to the blueprint, having a structured approach to your formulations will benefit you. Our students are often grateful for the blueprint because we cover key factors in formulation, making the process easy. When you know the goal, you know how to take the correct steps.
